Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Options
We offer:

- Local pickup
- Standard shipping within Canada
- Express shipping options at checkout
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipped orders.
Local pickup and delivery instructions will be sent via email or DM.
Shipping Delays
Weather, postal issues, or high-volume periods may cause delays.
Grabba Don is not responsible for courier delays once the package is shipped.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered or opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Missing items
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and provide:
- A replacement, or
- Store credit (if applicable)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen mail.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
📝 ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once packaged or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
